Luke works in court advocacy and dispute resolution. His main areas of practice are employment law, civil litigation, and criminal defence.
Luke joined RMF Law in 2018. His background was working in national corporate firms and as a Barrister Luke has a broad scope of practice such as all aspects of employment law (for employers and employees and including health and safety compliance and prosecutions), trusts, property, judicial review, defamation, private disagreements and criminal trials.
Luke has a commercial approach to resolving disputes, he is a strategic negotiator offering practical advice.
Outside of legal practice Luke was a City Councillor for two terms, he is a board member for the Nelson Art Festival Trust and of local School Board of Trustees.
